Oak Lodge staff are qualified and experienced social care practitioners who work as a team to provide high quality care to children and young people. The service is committed to the on-going training and professional development of the staff team in order to provide consistently high standards of care.

Our instructors have the technical skills to take young people into the outdoors. However, of paramount importance are the "soft skills" that enable an instructor to translate the events of an adventure into a lesson for life.
